You can use fat quarters for all but 2 of the fabrics for the baby size, but the lap sizes uses 8 fat quarters and 6 half yard cuts, plus the sashing, background, etc. I tried to make it fat quarter friendly but it just didn't work! If you click on the link below you can see the fabric requirements.
