The silliness of making a quilt for a stuffed koala is not lost on me, but I did it anyway. Harper picked out the scraps and contributed to the arrangement (her attention span was a little crazy, but she helped here and there).
The quilt finished up at 16" square which, it turns out, is just the right size for a stuffed koala.
Thanks everyone for entering the destash giveaway. The winner is Liz! I have sent you an email and I will mail out your package as soon as I get your address.
Everyone needs a quilt, even Pasquale. :)
ReplyDeleteI love that Pasquale got his own quilt. I love koalas, had one when I was little.
ReplyDeleteOh that is brilliant! I think it's awesome Pasquale has his own quilt - luckiest koala in the world!
ReplyDeleteHaha this is awesome!!! Best. Mom. Ever :) I love this idea, what a very lucky koala!
ReplyDeleteHaha - of course, the stuffed koala needs a quilt! So cute!
ReplyDeleteSo cute :) I know it is only a matter of time before my son wants quilts for his stuffed animals.
ReplyDeleteI bet that was a satisfying quilt to make. :) Last year for Seuss Day, I made the kindergarten teacher a Seuss quilt. It was a big hit with the kids. I bet your daughter's class will really love Pasquale's new night-night, too!
ReplyDeleteCute! I see scraps of that gorgeous dotty Nani Iro fabric - have you been working with it?
ReplyDeleteLovely quilt for Pasquel! Your little girl is adorable and I too have my own Harper and she is 15 months :) I found you at Plum and June and new follower :)
ReplyDeleteCute quilt. Pasquale, very Australian name, hahaha!
