Craftsy Pattern Issues

Over the past month (since Craftsy redesigned their site) I have heard from several people who had issues downloading patterns that they purchased from Craftsy.  They are aware that this is an issue and haven't been able to resolve it yet. Once their website lets me view the pattern order history (that portion of their website is currently not functioning), I will be emailing each person that purchased my pattern from Craftsy over the past few weeks with a link to download the pattern PDFs.

In the meantime, if you are interested in purchasing one of my patterns, they are all available on Etsy and appear to be downloading fine.  If you have any issues, please contact me at kitchentablequilting@gmail.com and I will help resolve them as quickly as possible.

  1. Tech can be our friend -- until it isn't. So sorry you and your customers are struggling with it right now!

  2. Sorry you are having issues with Craftsy. On the up side, seeing your lovely quilts again reminded me I wanted one of those patterns. Hope it all smooths out soon.

  3. I haven't had this issue with my patterns, but it's good to know it's out and about for when it does.
I have learned over the years it's more about 'when' than 'if'.

  4. Thank you for your post. Really Great. Pictaram and the other pages describe themselves as 'Online Instagram Posts viewer', which operates through the Instagram API.

Unfortunately I have had to turn off commenting due to an overwhelming number of spam posts. If you have any questions, please contact me using the contact form at the top of the page or comment on an Instagram post.
