This is my third woven-style pattern (see the Betty and Eliza patterns) and it is also the simplest to construct (yay!).
Here are a few great things about this pattern:
- There are no y-seams - it is perfect for beginners who have made one or two quilts or for experienced quilters.
- It is a great way to show off your favorite prints. Since you aren't chopping your fabric into tiny pieces, it lets the fabric shine.
- It is quick to construct!
- Because there aren't a ton of seams in the quilt top, this quilt has a wonderfully soft drape.
- The pattern has instructions for baby, lap, twin, AND queen size.
That last point is why it took me so long to put this pattern together. I have had a lot of requests for queen size instructions for my Betty and Eliza patterns, so I wanted to make sure to include queen size instructions this time around.
Here is the info on the sizes:
Baby - 38" x 51"
Lap - 51" x 64"
Twin - 76" x 89"
Queen - 89" x 115"
The pattern is available as both a PDF or printed pattern. Orders for the printed pattern will be shipped on Thursday.
In addition, I set up an "Elizabeth Pattern" bundle with all of my woven patterns - Betty, Eliza, and Libby - at a discounted price. These are available as PDF or printed patterns and will only be available this week.
I have also put together a coloring sheet for each quilt size and they are available (for free) in my shop.
The fabrics in my quilt are from the Spectacle collection by Christian Robinson for Cotton + Steel and it's just about the most adorable thing I have ever seen. The background fabric is one of the Cotton + Steel Add it Up Basics - it's a great background fabric because it isn't distracting, but it's not boring. The backing fabric is the green Flourish print from the Spectacle collection.Baby - 38" x 51"
Lap - 51" x 64"
Twin - 76" x 89"
Queen - 89" x 115"

This pattern would not have been possible without my testers - they are amazing - and I am grateful that I get to share their quilts with you today.

I hope you guys all love this pattern as much as I do, head over to shop.kitchentablequilting.com to pick up your own copy!
Note: There are two small corrections to the pattern, you can find that info here.
I love it! I am interested in getting the bundle of three but I don't see it in your shop for PDF?? And I love how you call the bundle Elizabeth...I hadn't even noticed that all three were nicknames!!
ReplyDeleteI'm working on it, it will be up by the end of the day!

ReplyDeleteWould love the quilt scraps!!! x
ReplyDeleteCould you please expand your pattern to a full king size? I have really wanted to make a quilt like this, however I need it in a king size
ReplyDeleteI wish I could offer all of my patterns in every size, but this pattern is already extremely long and adding additional sizes would make it too expensive to print and the pattern file very large. I'm sorry!
