My favorite day of a pattern release: here are some mockups using the Ivy Quilt Pattern. I have tried to give you a good range of options here, including a scrappy one, and now I want to make them all. This pattern is a little bit addicting!
I tried to stick with fabric collections that are currently available, but I snuck one in there that is only available for preorder — sorry about that! There is a pair of mockups that use the same fabrics with the dark/light fabric reversed so you can see what that looks like.

Pure Solids
This is a scrappy mockup using a limited range of prints. You could arrange your fabrics like this even if you are using a fat quarter or a jelly roll and it would require less planning. These colors are the same ones that I used in my Carly Quilt — you can find the full list of color names in that blog post.
