Briar Patch

Almost a year ago I made this quilt for a magazine so I was excited when yesterday I finally received a copy of the magazine in the mail.

The quilt was made with Heather Ross' Briar Rose collection and I just love how sweet the colors are, especially the purple floral print which I used for the binding.

    OMG! I had something so similar to this sketched out a few months ago (except it was going to be a table runner) but never got around to making it. Yours is gorgeous! Really great way to show off the fabrics!

    I just found your site and am totally in love. I've searched around a bit on your site, but did not see if you've ever answered the question of whether you do your quilting at home or if you send it away. I'd love to start quilting at home, but am intimidated by the quilting part of quilting!
