The feathers are my favorite, especially the orange ones. I think one of the reasons why I love this collection is because it looks good together, but many of the prints are versatile and mix well with other collections. I had just enough fabric to make a lap sized quilt; this one finishes up a 54" x 65."
The backing is another Field Study print and the binding is Kona Navy, sewn onto the back with Perle Cotton. For the quilting I did a cross hatch since it is my favorite and I think it makes the quilt so nice and drapey.
This quilt is now available in my shop. SOLD
Finished size: 54" x 65"
Fabric: Field Study by Anna Maria Horner
Batting: Quilter's Dream Cotton Select
Looks gorgeous! I loved Field Study and regret not purchasing any for my own stash!
