I'm glad you guys are excited about the Zoe Quilt! It has been such a fun one to write and to make and I wanted to share a little more about this cover version, plus the solid colors in case you want to make a version just like mine.
While this pattern can certainly be made with rainbow fabrics, it lends itself really well to a rainbow so I knew that was what I wanted to use for the cover.
The solids in my version are pulled from my stash, but I used my wonderful color cards and put together a list of rainbow solids for you using either Kona Cotton or Cotton Couture. Those are my go-to brands and I used mainly a mix of the two in my quilt.

The backing fabric is one of the oldest backing fabrics in my stash - it is an Oliver + S print from years and years ago and I just love it. I'm glad I waited to use it until I had the perfect project.
One really nice thing about this pattern is that there are no points to match! The strips of fabric strip pieced and then sewn together so the quilt is very quick. Honestly, I spent way more time picking fabrics for this quilt than I did actually making the quilt.
I have two more versions of this pattern - another rainbow lap size and a non-rainbow baby size - to share with you this week plus some fun mockups that I put together using some fabric collections that I am loving right now.
If you would like to make your own version of the Zoe Quilt Pattern, you can pick up a copy in my shop!
